Information collected when you visit
The website does not use contact forms, user accounts, payment processing, newsletter sign-ups, advertising pixels or intentional non-essential analytics.
When you visit, the hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested, timestamps, referral information and diagnostic or security events. This is used to deliver the website, maintain its security and availability, diagnose faults and prevent misuse.
We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable informational website. We balance those interests against the limited privacy impact of this technical processing.
If you email us
If you contact us directly, we receive the information contained in your email, which may include your name, email address, organisation, job title, signature details and anything else you choose to provide.
We use it to respond to your enquiry, manage the resulting relationship and keep appropriate business records. Depending on the context, the lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to and developing relevant business relationships, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or meeting a legal obligation.
Service providers and international transfers
Netlify is intended to host and deliver the production website and may process technical request and security information on our behalf. Our email and ordinary IT service providers process information when you correspond with us.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires it, we use an approved transfer mechanism or rely on another lawful safeguard. You can ask us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
How long we keep information
We keep technical logs and correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. The period depends on the nature of the record, security and operational needs, any continuing business relationship, and legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct it, ask for it to be erased or restricted, object to processing, and receive certain data in a portable form. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. These rights are not absolute and exemptions may apply.
To exercise a right or raise a concern, email hello@velocitytsp.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, although we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.

The launch version of this website does not intentionally set cookies, use browser storage, run advertising technology or use non-essential analytics. On that basis, no cookie consent banner is required for the current implementation.
The hosting and security platform may use strictly necessary technical measures to deliver and protect the service. If non-essential analytics, embedded services or other storage technologies are introduced later, we will update this notice and add consent controls before they are enabled where required.
